Mark J. Tager, MD

Mark J. Tager, MD is a physician-educator and executive communication strategist who has spent more than two decades training healthcare leaders, clinicians, and life-science executives to communicate complex medical and scientific ideas with clarity, confidence, and influence.
As CEO of ChangeWell Training Academy, Dr. Tager has personally designed and delivered executive coaching programs, live workshops, and industry training initiatives that have reached professionals from early-career clinicians to C-suite executives.
His work focuses on executive presence, scientific storytelling, consultative communication, and the ability to motivate belief and action without sacrificing clinical or scientific rigor.
Uniquely positioned at the intersection of medicine, education, and performance, Dr. Tager brings “health chops” that resonate instantly with scientific and clinical audiences.
He has served as a national speaker, moderator, and content developer for major medical conferences, healthcare organizations, and life-science companies, and has produced CME-level educational programs, executive trainings, and thought-leadership content across integrative medicine, microbiome science, aesthetics, and wellness.

Robert John Hughes
Chief Strategy Officer
Robert John Hughes is a senior executive communication and performance coach whose career spans journalism, broadcast media, and leadership training at the highest levels.
Early in his career, he was a White House TV & radio news correspondent for a major American broadcaster. His assignments included covering national leadership and high-stakes political events where clarity, accuracy, and composure under pressure were essential.
He later built an extensive career in radio broadcasting and professional voice-over work, developing a deep mastery of vocal control, tone, pacing, and presence—skills that directly shape how authority and credibility are perceived by an audience.
Drawing on this unique background, as co-founder of ChangeWell Training Academy, Hughes now coaches executives, physicians, and industry leaders to communicate with calm authority and impact across live, on-camera, and recorded formats.
His work integrates voice training, physical presence, language precision, and narrative discipline, helping leaders eliminate distracting habits and deliver messages that are confident, composed, and persuasive.
